Sydney-Middle East Times Int'l: Talal Abu-Ghazaleh: Out of respect for and in response to the communications I received seeking my opinion on current events and anticipated developments, I have decided to issue the following predictions, from my perspective, and God knows best:
1. These attacks represent the second phase on the path to World War III (the first being the Russian-European attacks).
2. The attacks will continue for a year or two (as they did between Russia and Europe).
3. This presents an opportunity for comprehensive digital transformation (crises offer opportunities that must be seized).
4. There will be no decisive victory, but rather exhaustion for all parties (as occurred in the first phase).
5. The biggest loser in these attacks is Israel.
6. The next phase is the Chinese-American military confrontation in the South China Sea (World War III in 2028).
7. Following this, a new bipolar world order will emerge.
8. After this, there will be comprehensive global prosperity (reconstruction after destruction). |
