A leaked text of
the agreement expected within the next 24 hours indicates that the
agreement between Iran and the United States will be finalized between
today and tomorrow.

It stipulates a cessation of all military operations in the Middle East region.

- First: Suspension of uranium enrichment in Iran for 15 years under Russian auspices, with Russia providing the necessary uranium for nuclear and power plants, as well as other facilities that utilize this material.

- Second: Lifting of international financial and economic sanctions against Iran.

- Third: Inclusion of Lebanon within the agreement, with a complete Israeli withdrawal to the 1967 borders from southern Lebanon. The area will be handed over to a peacekeeping force of 10,000 Arab and foreign troops, along with 10,000 Lebanese army soldiers. A ceasefire will be in place for a period of 20 or 30 years, depending on the provisions of the international treaty. During this period, all military operations will cease, and the peacekeeping force will have freedom of movement and the authority to establish permanent checkpoints for inspection and identity verification along the entire southern border, coordinated between the two sides of the conflict, in all frontline areas, without any obstruction. 

Fourth: Setting aside the issue of the yellow weapons for a subsequent Lebanese-Iranian agreement, sponsored by Pakistan and France, in which Iran pledges to withdraw the weapons and return them to Iran or hand them over to the Lebanese state within the framework of an agreed-upon international agreement.

Fifth: Full compensation for war damages in Lebanon and reconstruction of what was destroyed, with support from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, and some other countries such as Egypt. 

Sixth: Reopening the Strait of Hormuz for commercial traffic and imposing transit taxes and fees on commercial vessels sailing through the strait, solely in accordance with the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as was the case previously.

Seventh: Setting a date for an Arab-international summit with Iranian participation to rebuild trust among the countries that were implicitly involved in the Iran-US-Israel war.

Eighth: Lifting the sanctions on the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and its military leadership, which designates it as a terrorist organization.

We hope that this understanding will be a step towards lasting stability in the region and the beginning of a new phase of regional and international cooperation.

تسريب لنص الاتفاق المتوقع خلال 24 ساعة القادمة، الاتفاق سيتم بين اليوم والغد بين إيران وأمريكا
وينص على وقف جميع الأعمال العسكرية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
-أولا:
تعليق تخصيب اليورانيوم في إيران لمدة 15 سنة برعاية روسيا على أن تقدم
روسيا خلال احتياجات مصانع الطاقة النووية والكهربائية وبعض المصانع التي
تعمل على هذه المادة. 
-ثانيا: إلغاء الحظر الدولي المالي والاقتصادي عن إيران.

ثالثاً: شمل لبنان ضمن الاتفاقية المبرمة والانسحاب الإسرائيلي الشامل حتى
حدود 67 من الجنوب اللبناني وتسليمه لقوات حفظ السلام عربية وأجنبية
بعديدها 10 ألاف جندي و10 ألاف جندي من الجيش اللبناني على أن تكون هناك
هدنة زمنية تتراوح بين 20 سنة أو 30 حسب مقتضيات المعاهدة الدولية تتوقف
خلالها كافة الأعمال العسكرية الحربية وأن يكون لها حرية التنقل وإنشاء
حواجز ثابتة للتفتيش والتدقيق في هوية العابرين على امتداد الحدود الجنوبية
المناسقة بين طرفي النزاع في كافة المناطق الأمامية وبدون أي اعتراض.

رابعاً: ترك موضوع السلاح الأصفر جانباً لاتفاق لبناني إيراني لاحقا
برعاية باكستانية وفرنسية تتعهد فيه إيران بسحب السلاح واسترجاعه إلى إيران
أو تسليمه للدولة اللبنانية ضمن اتفاق دولي المتفق عليه.
- خامسا دفع
كامل اضرار الحرب في لبنان وإعادة إعمار ما تهدم بدعم من السعودية والعراق
والإمارات العربية المتحدة ودولة قطر والكويت وإيران وبعض الدول الأخرى مثل
مصر. سادسا: إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز للعمل وفرض ضرائب عبور ورسوم على السفن
التجارية التي تُبحر عبر المضيق وفق مقتضيات المصلحة العامة للجمهورية
الإيرانية وحدها كما كانت عليه سابقا.
- سابعا: تحديد موعد وتاريخ لقمة
عربية دولية بمشاركة إيرانية لإعادة الثقة بين الدول التي شاركت ضمناً في
حرب إيران وأمريكا والكيان.
- ثامنا: إلغاء الحظر عن الحرس الثوري الإيراني وقيادته العسكرية باعتباره منظمة إرهابية. 
نأمل أن يكون هذا التفاهم خطوة نحو استقرار دائم في المنطقة، وبداية لمرحلة جديدة من التعاون الإقليمي والدولي.
