His Majesty Sultan Haitham issues three Royal Decrees

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Sunday issued three Royal decrees reading as follows:

Royal Decree No 69/2020 appoints Supreme Court Chairman.

Article (1) appoints Sayyid Khalifa bin Said bin Khalifa al Busaidi as Chairman of the Supreme Court.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 70/2020 appoints Administrative Judicature Court Chairman.

Article (1) appoints Shaikh Al Mukhtar bin Abdullah bin Issa al Harthy as Chairman of the Administrative Judicature Court.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and takes effect from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No 71/2020 appoints Finance Ministry Under-Secretary.

Article (1) appoints Abdullah bin Salim bin Abdullah al Harthy as Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Finance.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
