Abdullah bin Zayed takes part in GCC Foreign Ministers' meeting with Kerry in Riyadh

RIYADH: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, today participated in the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States' (GCC) Foreign Ministers' meeting with the US Secretary of State John Kerry, held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen relations and strategic cooperation between the GCC and the United States in all political, economic and security fields, including bolstering coordination between the policies of the two sides in the political, military and joint security areas.

They also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments as well as developments in Yemen and the need to adhere to the GCC initiative and legitimacy represented by President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, and all relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions.
