Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces, a number of world leaders, Their Highnesses Crown Princes, dignitaries, senior officials attended this evening the final race of 2014 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi.

The final race was attended by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan, President Ali Bongo of Gabon, President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta, President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades, President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, President of Seychelles James Michel, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The final race was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and U.A.E. Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs(ZHO), H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Transport Department and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al Mubarak Al Sabah, Kuwait's State Minister for the Council of Ministers' Affairs and Dr. Abdul Latif Al Zayani, the Secretary-General of the GCC.

Among others present were Ethiopian Foreign Minister Tedros Adhanom, HRH Prince Mansour bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Prince Abdullah bin Al Sultan Ahmed Shah, Crown Prince of Pahang, the Kingdom of Malaysia, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice, Princess of York, Former King Juan Carlos of Spain, Former President of South Korea Lee Myong-bak, Advisor to President of Belarus, Viktor Lechenko, a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.

The Vice President arrived at the race's starting point accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid, Sheikh Hazza and Bernie Ecclestone, chief executive of the Formula 1 Group, which manages Formula 1 Grand Prix. The national anthem was played before the start amid presence of huge fans.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid met, saluted and exchanged views with a number of competitors, wishing them good luck.

Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed crowned Lewis Hamilton, a British and driver of Mercedes Team on winning F1 championship, while Brasilian driver Felipe Massa crossed the line to second place ahead of Valtteri Bottas, a Finnish who won the third place.
