OMAN: Promoting Arabic fiction

MUSCAT: Dr Abdulmunim bin Mansour al Hasani, Minister of Information, received in his office the members of the Arabic Booker Award Committee. Several topics were discussed during the meeting including the objectives of the International Prize for Arabic Fiction, also (Arabic Booker) and its role in promoting Arabic novels internationally and the titles that will be displayed at the 21st Muscat International Book Fair due to be held this month.
