HM Sultan Qaboos issues five Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has issued 5 Royal Decrees. Royal Decree No 8/2018 promulgates the National Payment Systems Law.

Royal Decree No 9/2018 regards the office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.

Royal Decree No 10/2018 upgrades the Directorate of Education in Al Wusta Governorate to a Directorate-General. Royal Decree No 11/2018 appoints an extraordinary, plenipotentiary and non-resident ambassador to Georgia, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.

Royal Decree No 12/2018 declares the Al Jifaina dam project in the Wilayat of Al Amerat as a public utility project.
