President Walid Jumblatt sent a telegram to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, offering his condolences for the civilians killed in the attack on Bondi Beach in Sydney.
In the telegram, Jumblatt emphasized that targeting civilians anywhere in the world is a barbaric act that cannot be tolerated or accepted.
