Kingdom Holding Appoints Eng. Rasha El-Hoshan as a Board Member Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, announced the appointment of Eng. Rasha Amer El-Hoshan as an independent board member and a member in KHC’s audit committee as of 30th January 2012. Eng. Rasha Hoshan is the General Manager of Hoshan Furniture, she is also an executive committee member and a board member of Hoshan Group. Eng. Rasha holds M.S in interior design from Pratt Institute in New York and received her Bachelors in Political Science - Middle East from The American University in Washington, DC. Prince Alwaleed commented: “Eng.
