US officials confirm 11 Americans were injured following Iranian missile strike

Officials at the US Central Command say 11 US troops were injured in Iran's attack on US military bases in Iraq in response to General Qasem Soleimani's assassination by US air strikes. The service members were treated for concussion symptoms after the strike on two sites in early January, which contradicts statements from President Donald Trump and Defence officials who said no Americans were killed or injured.
