Funding boost for community infrastructure projects in the Granville electorate

The electorate of Granville has secured $440,189 in funding for a total of 11 infrastructure projects through the NSW Government’s 2025 Community Building Partnership Program (CBP).
The $41 million program ensures local organisations and councils across the state have the facilities to support more vibrant and inclusive communities.
This year, the CBP grants will help bring to life a variety of projects across the Granville electorate, including $99,055 to Holy Trinity Primary School, Granville for a playground upgrade and shade structure.
Member for Granville Julia Finn said:
“The State Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including long needed upgrades at local schools and places of worship.
“It’s great to see this grassroots funding supporting local projects that make a real difference across the Granville electorate.
“I congratulate all the organisations that were successful in their application and look forward to seeing the positive social outcomes in our community.”
The full list of successful projects in the Granville electorate for the 2025 round are:
•    $100,000 to the Melkite Charitable Foundation for community kitchen equipment at their new community hall
•    $99,055 to Holy Trinity Primary School, Granville for a playground upgrade and shade structure
•    $50,415 House of Welcome for a delivery vehicle for the HOW Catering Social Enterprise
•    $43,963 to St Mark's Granville Anglican Church to repair a damaged ceiling beam
•    $30,000 to Delany College, Granville for Cross sculptures
•    $22,500 to Parramatta City Swim Club for a diving block platform upgrade
•    $22,000 to Holroyd Uniting Church for a halls and amenities upgrade 
•    $20,373 to St Patrick's Primary School, Guildford to upgrade of playground/wooden logs
•    $18,925 to Holroyd Rangers Soccer Club for training and match day equipment and scoreboard purchase
•    $18,900 to Holy Family Primary School, Granville East for playground markings
•    $14,058 to Club Merrylands Bowling for freestanding lawn bowling green ambulant access steps
About the Community Building Partnership Program
The Community Building Partnership program has funded more than 22,400 community projects since it commenced in 2009.
Local not-for-profit community organisations and councils were eligible to apply for grants ranging from $10,000 to $100,000, with up to $450,000 allocated per electorate.
