Izki: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander on Tuesday paid a Royal visit to the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division at the Royal Army of Oman (RAO). His Majesty was accompanied by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said and HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham al Said.

Upon His Majesty’s arrival at Shafa Garrison, the headquarters of the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division, he was received by Maj Gen Mattar Salim al Balushi, RAO Commander, Commander of the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division and commanders of the armoured vehicles.

His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, listened to a briefing on the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division and its military capabilities.

His Majesty also inspected some models of tanks, armoured vehicles and military equipment at the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division.

After that, a commemorative photo was taken to His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, with personnel of the Sultan of Oman’s Armoured Division.
