Oman issues statement on UAE attack

Muscat: The Foreign Ministry has issued a statement on the attack that took place in the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Abu Dhabi.

"The Ministry of Foreign expresses the Sultanate of Oman's solidarity with the  United Arab Emirates and its support for the measures it is taking to maintain its security and stability,” the Ministry of Foreign said in a statement. 

"The Ministry expressed its denunciation and condemnation of the attack that targeted the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of civilians, and affirmed the Sultanate of Oman's firm position in rejecting violence and targeting of civilians,” the Ministry added.
