Macron says working with international partners to ensure continuity of Lebanon's public services

France - French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday that he is "working with international partners to establish a financial mechanism that ensures the continuity of the key public services in Lebanon."

He also told a news conference that he would defend his efforts to form a government designed to lead reforms.
