Qatar Airways plane with Lebanese on board took off from Australia: Lebanon's Consul

Sydney - A Qatar Airways' plane carrying scores of Lebanese who had been on a visit to Australia and students wishing to return to Lebanon left Australia last night (Monday), Lebanon's General Consul in Sydney, Charbel Maacaron, announced on Tuesday.

According to Maacaron, passengers came from various Australian states.

He also maintained that the Lebanese General Consulate in Sydney was still working as per determined schedules, in accordance with the health regulations issued by the state government.
