On “A constitutional crossroad in the MENA region”.

Mr Gemayel will speak about topics such as how with the fall of oppressive regimes, the MENA region faces a democratization challenge following decades of dictatorial practices, and how to reconcile stability with the guarantee of rights and freedoms on the one hand, while on the other hand equally revisiting the defunct constitutional systems to this effect.  

Mr Gemayel will address these challenges and elaborate on the importance of seizing the constitutional moment at hand. The audience will then be invited to ask questions.
