Lebanon hails Oman’s policies

MUSCAT: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, on Sunday received Hussam Diab, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic to the Sultanate. The ambassador handed over a written message to HH Sayyid Fahd from Tammam Salam, Prime Minister of Lebanon, in relation to fields of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries. The ambassador conveyed greetings of the leadership in Lebanon along with best wishes to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, hailing the Sultanate’s balanced policies, thanks to the wise leadership of His Majesty, as well as the rapid progress made by the country. Conversation during the meeting reviewed strong bilateral relations and means of enhancing them stemming from the strong fraternal relations binding the two brotherly peoples, in addition to reviewing several regional issues.
