Abdullah bin Zayed opens new UAE embassy in Havana

HAVANA: Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan opened yesterday, in presence of his Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, the new building of the UAE embassy in Havana.

Sheikh Abdullah unveiled the memorial plaque to mark official opening of the new embassy building.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Board Chairman of DP World and Badr Abdullah Al Matroushi, UAE Ambassador to Cuba, Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and a number of Arab ambassadors in Havana.
