HM Sultan Qaboos, Magariaf review ties

MANAH — His Majesty Sultan Qaboos received at Hisn Ash’shumoukh yesterday Dr Mohammed Yousef al Magariaf, Chairman of the Libyan National Congress.
During the meeting, cordial conversations were exchanged and avenues of co-operation between the two countries were reviewed in light of strong relations binding them, in addition to discussing means that ensure supporting and enhancing them in all fields to serve the joint interests of the brotherly people of Oman and Libya.
The meeting was attended by Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah al Khalili, Minister of Justice, Dr Ali bin Masoud al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shaikh Abdullah bin Nasser al Bakri, Minister of Manpower (Head of the Mission of Honour accompanying the guest) and Dr Qassim bin Mohammed al Salehi, Sultanate's Ambassador to Libya.
It was attended from the Libyan side by Mohammed Amhamed Abdul Aziz, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, Mu'ez Fathi al Khoujah, Minister of State for the General National Conference Affairs, a number of members of the National Conference including Nizar Ahmed Kaawan, Suleiman Younis Qajm and Asmaa Emarah Mohammed Sareebah.
