The chairman of the Danniyeh' s Sons association, Haj Wajih  Howshar praised General Rifi as a man of sincerity and loyalty, a son of Tripoli (Al Fayhaa).

He added that General Rifi had become the conscience of Tripoli, which needs some one to save it, not by fighting but through dialogue.

``We have proved our national duty, and worked on the development of the internal security forces, and promote cooperation with most countries of the world.’’

He expressed his pride in strengthening relations with Australia through communications between Lebanese and Australian security, and saluted Lebanese President Michel Suleiman.
