Dyala Bachour crowned Miss Lebanese community in Australia for 2013

Sydney - Middle East Times Int'l: In a wonderful festival organised in luxurious Doltone House Hall  in Sydney, the Lebanese community celebrated the victory of Dyala Bachour, Miss Community in Australia. First runner-up was  Leila Yarak while Natalie Shalhoub was  second runner-up .

Thirteen candidates competed for the title in front of a six-member arbitration committee. The evening also features a performance by singer Simone Waddell, Nemr Melhem  and Youssef Rahme, in addition to dance items .

Also present was last year’s Miss Community winner Didi Zibara, Miss Diaspora, Cynthia Moukarzel (who came specially from Lebanon),  politicians, journalists and businessmen, and relatives of competitors .

The ceremony was presented successfully by Miss Ela Leyes.

The main organiser and the owner of the The Future newspaper  in Australia, Joseph Khoury praised the humanitarian work and charity activities carried out by queens in past years.
