Minister Bowen Receives Michel Mouawad

The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship Chris Bowen receives in his office the President of the Lebanese independence movement Michel Mouawad, who is currently visiting Australia.

They discussed during the meeting matters of the Australian Lebanese community, especially as Mr. Mouawad's visit is aimed at encouraging the Australian-Lebanese to get on the electoral roll for next year's Lebanese general election.

Minister Bowen had met with Mr. Mouawad and his mother during during the recent visit to Lebanon.
