NEW YORK-- Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah met Wednesday President of the seventy-seventh session of the United Nations General Assembly Csaba Korosi.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly which kicked off in New York today.
The Kuwaiti top diplomat congratulated UNGA chief on his post and wished him success in his mission.
Sheikh Ahmad Nasser reiterated Kuwait's full support to the UN General Assembly, stressing that Kuwait is looking forward to strengthening cooperation with the UN.

NEW YORK, -- Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah on Wednesday handwrote a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in a book of condolences opened by the UK mission to the United Nations in New York.
In his note, the minister extended Kuwaiti leadership and people's condolences to the UK Royal Family, government and people following the death of Queen Elizabeth.
He lauded the late Queen's pivotal role in cementing the deeply-rooted Kuwaiti-UK ties.
