KUWAIT-- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Thursday to Aikaterini Sakellaropoulou on the victory of the Greek presidential election.

In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere felicitations to President Sakellaropoulou, wishing her well-being, Greece further development and progress, and the two countries good relations.
