The UAE has already started this, through its ambitious achievements to secure a future bunching above the ordinary, like artificial intelligence, space, renewable energy and much more. This is all goes back to his highness vision sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan, the founder of the Nation. I ask people about what is the distinguished thing that they have encountered. A lot of people I talked to in the UAE, especially the older generation, talked about their encounter with His Highness because HH (may he rest in peace), used to meet with people all the time. At one point in history, before the unification, missionaries from the Safety personnel, came and offered to build a “kirk” on a condition of having a church. He welcomed this. The announcement by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed of 2019, as the year of tolerance started with the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis this year; he came with the Grand Imam of al Azhar al-Sharif and they have both signed the Abu Dhabi declaration – a document asking world leaders, believers and non-believers, to use it as a way of communication. This talking begins with governments and religious institutions. Kuwait ‘s Amb.
